Please note that for draft picks, the cheat engine value is 1 less than the actual pick number. As long as you lock the value before the draft, you'll go where you want. Reload your player from the showcase, enter the pick you want to be, and foul out. If you ended up on a team you don't like, just save your cheat table, and alt-f4 out of the game. Then, if that didn't find it, search for the exact value once you are drafted. Search for a range of values that includes all 3 teams' picks, i.e. Look up what draft picks the teams that are interviewing have. After the game is played, if you did anything, your draft stock increases.
